ReLam Workshops

Relocatable Laboratories in the Metaverse is a weekly workshop that talks about science in virtual worlds and the interoperability of virtual worlds. Each week, we invite in a speaker to give their expertise or perspective on these issues, talking for 10-15 minutes. General questions and discussion follows. This event is designed for scientists of all types, but is also of general interest to people interested in technology in general.

The MICA Computational Science Discussion Group

This is a discussion group interested in the issues of computational science and immersive scientific data visualization in VWs. The group meets every Tuesday at 10 am SLT in the MICA Conference Room on StellaNova, unless announced otherwise. Please contact George Djorgovski if you'd like to be added to the mailing list.
